"Just didn’t feel private enough"
I felt a bit uneasy about how my personal details were handled. It just didn’t feel private enough, like really not private enough, and that made me uncomfortable.

"Felt like my complaint didn’t really matter"
I sent in a complaint hoping someone would actually look into it, but the replies were really slow and nothing was properly resolved. From my perspective, it felt less like they wanted to fix the issue and more like they were just trying to get the complaint closed and move on. Frustrating overall.

My card got charged twice, which was super annoying. I reached out to support, but they took forever to get back to me. Not gonna lie, the whole thing was a bit of a mess.

I didn’t feel like I was properly informed. The consent part felt rushed and kind of unclear, lol, so I left feeling a bit unsure about what I had agreed to.

The online consult felt rushed. They were polite, but I kept getting kind of mixed signals and never really got a clear answer to what I was asking. I ended the appointment more frustrated than reassured.

"clinic didn’t feel clean"
i felt uncomfortable with how the clinic looked. the floors had marks all over, the waiting area felt kind of messy, and the bathroom was really not great. for a health clinic, i expected it to at least feel clean and looked after. the staff were fine, but the place itself just didn’t give me much confidence.

"Felt like a lot of waiting"
I booked through MSI sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, can’t remember exactly, but the waiting around was frustrating. It took a long time to get a reply, and then on the day itself there was even more sitting about before I was seen. The staff were fine once I actually got in, no complaints there really, but the whole process just felt like it dragged on way too much. Not the best experience overall.

I went on the site just trying to find a few basic details, and somehow it turned into one of those searches where you keep clicking around and still don’t really know where you are. The pages felt a bit all over the place, and nothing explained things in a clear way. I probably could’ve kept digging, but I lost patience fast and just gave up.

"Felt unsupported"
I went to MSI because I was feeling really upset and needed some emotional support, but i came away feeling kind of brushed off. The information itself was fine, but the tone felt cold to me, like I was being handled rather than heard. Maybe I was just reading into it because of how I was feeling, but it didn’t come across as warm or comforting at all. I’m sure it might be helpful for some people, but for me, I ended up feeling worse than when I started.

"I wanted to give it a fair chance, but it didn’t feel very inclusive"
I really did go in with an open mind and wasn’t expecting anything unrealistic, but the experience just didn’t feel as inclusive as I’d hoped. The staff were polite enough, so I’m not trying to say anyone was rude, but the whole visit felt a little rushed and awkward. I left feeling like I hadn’t really been listened to. Maybe it’s different at other locations, and maybe I just caught them on an off day, but based on my visit, I can’t say it was a great experience.

"Wish I’d checked the transportation situation first"
I kind of regret not looking into the route more before going, because getting there ended up being the most frustrating part of the whole visit.
I don’t drive, and it felt way more complicated than it should have. The nearest transit stop still left me with a long walk, and the directions on the website weren’t clear about which entrance to use, so I ended up asking random people for help.

By the time I finally got there, I was already tired and in a bad mood. It’s probably fine if you’re driving, but without a car it really didn’t feel convenient. I wouldn’t plan another visit unless transportation was much easier

"Didn’t feel very trustworthy"
I checked out msi.org and didn’t feel great about it. A few things on the site seemed kind of vague, and I couldn’t really tell who actually owns or runs it, which bothered me. Maybe it’s perfectly fine for some people, but I left still unsure what to trust. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t really recommend it.

"Not the Most Comfortable Visit"
I really wanted to have a good time, but the whole visit felt uncomfortable from the start. Some areas were way too hot, then you’d walk a bit and suddenly it was freezing. Come on now, at least pick a temperature. Finding seats was also a hassle, and the ones we did manage to get were not comfortable at all.

The bathrooms didn’t help either. They felt crowded and could’ve been cleaner. I tried to just make the best of it, but after a while I was more focused on leaving than enjoying anything.

I might have just had an off experience, but the counseling support felt rushed to me. I didn’t really feel like I was being listened to, which made it hard to get much out of the session...

"Bad timing and not the result I wanted"
I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. I didn’t get the result I was expecting, and the timing made it even more frustrating. It felt like I waited around for nothing, and in the end it just seemed like a waste of time.

I had to speak with the staff, it wasn’t the best experience. The replies were kind of short and, like, came across a bit rude, as if they didn’t really want to help. It wasn’t awful or anything, but yeah, it was disappointing
